Man I wish I understood all the aspects of the merger values of THLD now vs. afterwards. Wish I knew what value will be placed on the new stock after adjustments. I know THLD stock holders will be getting about 34% of that value. Opening at 3/share is 1.02/share but I know it is not that simple. It sure would be cool if holding this through the merger turns out to be a nice PPS bump.
