In order to get accurate BVPS.... we need to know exactly how much the Cash Amount (assets) will be minus total debt, etc. ?????

If you go off the 40 mil worth of.... Shengda Stock... from the original offer say minus 7to8 mil off because they are receiving payment in Cash Dollars instead??? (just guessing) then take off an additional 5 mil for debt ///(give or take??) ...we end up with say about 27mil in cash on the balance sheet ????...divided by total shares outstanding of around 300mil ...you end up with about .09cents per share ?????
