Nevember61 - It would appear that GE is taking TOPS on the same ride that DRYS is on. The only way to play it is to wait for a RS and short it. I haven't run the numbers on TOPS to any degree, but the fundamental question to answer is whether the new funding and dilution add shareholder value. My sense is it is not helping here.
