Old Timer, a question for you and perhaps a sliver of hope during this ugly free fall:

Any idea why R&R evidently pushed the price up before the money raise which was priced at $3.45 last September?

I am wondering if they will do that again.

On Sept. 13 -- the day that the company presented at an R&R event -- the closing price was $3.60, 16 cents higher than the day before.

On Sept. 15 -- with relatively high volume and no news -- the closing price was $4.37.

On Sept. 22 -- the day before the offering was announced -- the closing price was $3.98.

I don't have a clue why R&R would do that.
