I've decided that Mullan is more likely to be an adversary to shareholders. He is no longer part of RCPI which, unless the whole BK was some sort of bluff, is no longer existent. Therefore, if he wants to bid on RCPIQ's IP and use anatabine for profit (he can do tests at Roskamp as a non-profit), he will be helping us only if he/Archer bids more than $21 million, correct? And if he bids as the CEO of Archer, I don't see him being a nice guy and helping out all of the RCPIQ shareholders. As I said back in late 2016, when he called me, he casually requested that, if i heard anything about the B/K from George Miller. But why would he not want to get any info that would benefit him? When our doctor shareholder who wrote the really good letter that the other shareholder is sending to pharma companies, we at first discussed not telling Mullan what what we were doing. We subsequently decided it could not hurt, and that it would be telling to see if he responded to my email about sending queries to other pharma companies. I got no response. While that does not prove anything, it is consistent with Mullan trying to acquire the patents/IP for anatabine. I guess trying to find other bidders is about the only action that may help us.
