Just what do you figure the common shares of AWSL are worth? With a market cap. of $1.03M (44.71M shs o/s x $.023/sh = $1.03M) and $5.5M in the B Preferred shares with first pickin's just what is the Company's common equity worth? All I see in the 2016 financials is a grossly overstated $1.7M deferred tax asset (DTA) with no valuation reserve owned by a penny stock company that appears to be far from a "going concern" since it can't even liquidate in own current liabilities in the normal course of operations.

Oh, I forgot that the preferred shareholders can bail out the Company's cashflow problems, so that the common shareholders can sink even further down the liquidity/solvency/preference slippery slope line of abandonment...

From my vantage point, AWSL deserves all of the harsh scrutiny that it receives, Mike, unless I've missed something? What do you see out there on the trail, Mike? Are you privy to any Whispers while you're on the trail?

Why can't AWSL pay its financial obligations? AWSL isn't solvent even ignoring its disputed unrecorded obligations. Going, going, all but gone in my book, Mike. What am I missing - at least 2 million shares, I guess?

You guys are very difficult to please. They are projecting revenues from the consulting work they are doing, and are still working on major projects, that will, at some point, offer huge earnings.
This stock has been punished, and punished some more. Some of the statements that have been made, have some truth to them. But enough is enough, stop being so hard on the stock, and company. The stock only has one way to go at this point, and that is up.
