$TURV GrowCo Tenant Update Investor Update 04/05/17

Tenant's plants are growing nicely.

Pictures show a bay of young plants, and also the bud/flower that has started forming on the plants that have been put into light deprivation.

The tenant is very satisfied and thankful that the GrowCo facility has the artificial supplemental lighting and backup generator.

The recent weather conditions in Pueblo (gusts of 70-85 mph winds) and numerous power outages have destroyed many of their competitors' structures and crops.

Many of them didn't have backup generators. Without power other growers can't heat their facilities during the long power outage.
