Well, it depends on 1.) How/where is the money going to be deployed, which depends on 2.) What will the final subscription rate be?

If they purchase the lab (see Intro/iBox for details) then it's absolutely worth doubling the OS at this point.

If it's going to be used to build a pilot plant in Madagascar, which is the logical next step after the PEA, bulk sampling, etc., it's a fair trade for the dilution.

If it's going to be used on booze, drugs, and hookers, and I can't be part of it...

Too early to tell, which is maybe why the PR simply says "corporate cash flow purposes". You either trust him with your money or you don't.

Unless you are willing to hold this stock through late 2018/early 2019, you should probably look elsewhere.
