I couldn't disagree with you more. POWN certainly is a company producing a product and trying to make a business at it. That they have not been able to have more success with what Stan Lee is working on is why the stock is where it is at. For some reason you think the OTC market drives the company business and actions. The revenues are not enough to keep the business going and unless that changes, they will BK it. In the meantime, they are saving money by not filing and could be on the brink of BK. Sadly, management is so old that they are close to literally the end themselves. If any of the IP is a home run, this all changes quickly.
