No Criminal Shorting going on here!

MM's need to be fined $1 every day for every share on the REG SHO list. That will clean up the market real quick.

If anyone in the REAL WORLD sold something they didn't have, they'd be in jail. For Criminal MM's, it's just another day at the office.

And the "They provide liquidity" argument does not hold water... The % of the float short should be capped at 10% and NO MORE!

All it does is allow MM's to game the system to steal from investors.
