excellent point!
I think what we have here is a more proactive and shareholder aware VPOR since the reverse merger. I also believe we're putting too much emphases on one product alone and failing to recognize the bigger picture.
Think about this for a second...
why did they buy a factory? Was it only to manage one product?
I seriously doubt that, and this is where being shortsighted won't serve us well when the company is clearly signaling that they have bigger plans. They are now well positioned to manage manufacturing for other U.S. firms by offering a more competitive price point than their Chinese counterparts.
They've already indicated they're working on perfecting Simple Cork which will be spun off in a divi to $VPOR shareholders -- that's a tremendous prospect that's only a matter of a few short months away.
We will also have Easy Grinder released within the next 45 days which coupled with their partnership with the CBD distributer will guarantee exponential growth and a steady revenue stream, while we wait to hear about other new designs in the pipeline and going into production in the near future.
Most importantly, we have our own factory that'll be able to test and manufacture a steady stream of other propieterty gadgets for the industry. This is huge when it comes profit margins!
Finally, they could very well be working on additional partnerships or acquisitions. What about introducing product lines in related categories -- maybe not directly tied to MMJ but within the same spectrum? They have clearly indicated that they plan on being more creative with their potfolio, and a strategic partnership may very well play a pivotal role in their transformation into becoming a more diversified public company.
Let's not forget that Florida voters approved their MMJ initiative with the laws being revealed in June and going into affect on January 1, 2018. By June we will have a clearer picture with how VPOR chooses to play a role in this multi-billion dollar industry in Florida alone.
My point is -- this Reverse Merger was a total transformation, and wasn't wholly based on a single product that we're currently dwelling on...yeah, sure they hit it outta the ballpark with the introduction of Easy Grinder, and definitely something to be proud of -- however this should only be viewed as a starter and serve as reassurance that they have much bigger plans and greater potential than ever before.
