Elliott you posted this a year ago. Very shocked that aic nothing, e-3 nothing no growth, remind me how this falls under the small cap growth category.. But the outstanding has grown approx 100 million shares in a year, they need some shareholder news or a shareholder CC that is not too much to ask for..And chart has not changed much in the last two years..

PRHL will likely file its 10K this week and I expect to see significant improvement in revenues. Shortly thereafter I expect to see an announcement that an Energy Supplier has been acquired. This would be a game changer. The stock is cheap at these levels and that too should change soon.
