Winding down its operations is going to be a huge undertaking, quote: " and has begun to wind-down its previous waste-to-energy R&D operations", considering they never sold a single WHE unit.

What does Chris Nelson know about making compost? I bet he has some new proprietary compost making technology, that is more efficient and cleaner than anything that exists on the planet. There is clearly not a shortage of compost.
