By now we would have had a 10-Q and an annual report, but instead the dynamic duo at POWN decided to keep shareholders in the dark. I always like investing in companies where insiders own a majority of stock. It's good to know they are aligned with shareholders. In this case, I at least know they are losing quite a bit more than me in the big picture.
