When the volume is over 100 million and the price is .0005 or better, THEN something is really up. Until then, this is probably just some new bagholder thinking he's getting in on the ground floor before this goes TO DA MOOON! In an hour or two, he'll discover that VPER has next to nothing to do with Apollo and he'll have to tell his wife how he just pissed away their vacation fund.
