3 cents here we come.

I WONDER why Govx put out the PR about the grant money 1 day before this news. why didn't they release this first yesterday, and then the grant money today?

Could they be PLAYIN ball with their selling stockholders attempting to give them some buyers at a little higher prices before the notice of float DOUBLING , by this filing.

Pieces of CRAP... If I hadn't lost 97% of my investment already , I would sell, but 3% left maybe the tooth ferry will kill a few of these guys and save long term govx investors.
