Yes, They have too much debt and their cash on hand is falling off a cliff. They will have to restructure and issue new shares IMO. I never tell people what to do but I would highly suggest just leave this alone. So many new investors will buy this with hopes of some major move north. But seen enough of situations like this where most get caught holding a bag. I remember when washington mutual was trading under $1 and longs were making every case in the book to buy shares and at the end of the day the company went belly up.
