Not to be picky, but the actual all-time low of .3200 was reached on 3/27/17. Since then PTN has traded in the 32's - 33's, but so far not below .32

Does that mean .32 is the bottom? Probably not, but lets give it another week or two. (BTW, if they stick to their supposed timetable of an FDA filing in early 2018, we could see some price appreciation for PTN starting in the Nov-Dec time-frame). jmo
