No! Michael James pulled his fraud here w/Nulief, sold the NRTI assets to TRTC, where he continues his CFO role in the shadows! Despite all the complaints filed w/SEC, they did NOTHING! Now NRTI is basically an empty shell, thanks the con man, Michael James & his sidekick, Jim Kras.
I mean this was pure blatant fraud, where they put out PR's stating where Nulief was available for sale, but never actually produced the product to begin with! All they made up where mock packages for the launch, that didn't contain the real product. Then when he was busted by me for his fraud, he worked out a deal w/his buddy, Derek Peterson @ TRTC to purchase NRTI's assets and sell them through TRTC. This way Michael James could recover what he loaned NRTI & keep his CFO role at TRTC, while screwing over all the NRTI shareholders. Yet the SEC does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
I'm just hoping somebody comes in to buy this shell & actually do something with it. Cheers!
