1) ONCI FMS DRIVE SAFE APP has recently been identified as www.drivealertnow.com. The website is TOP-NOTCH and the product has great online reviews. Over 4k likes on Facebook. App is the real deal and brought in over 50k in revs in the first quarter Berman began offering it. Berman has locked up additional deals which will show greater revenue in the forthcoming Q1 report. Berman currently traveling ASIA and meeting with KIA and HYUNDAI, multiple companies in Japan.
2) Company is moving (redomicile) to COLORADO and will merge this new company with ONCI. Berman stated that he was choosing amongst multiple MJ companies for a joint venture. This will happen and should rock the PPS.
3) Once the redomicile occurs, company will file share reduction of 1.5 BILLION shares. This is HUGE. When this happens, PPS will skyrocket. It’s my opinion that this has already occurred and has not been released yet due to legal reasons.
4) ONCI owns Forty-Nine Percent (49%) Joint-Venture equity/ownership stake in Digital Media Management & Consulting ("DMCC"). This is bringing in revs as well
