Through the first 7 paragraphs, I'm thinking "the company should be buying back the preferreds", then lo and behold, Chaffin says "we're going to offer to buy back preferreds."
I'd also like to know how much insider ownership there is, if any. Are OTC companies not required to report that? I'd also like to see an employee stock purchase plan.
