TNXP The technical reset here could also be due to the dilutive impact of the new shares. This is likely a short term event and the offering will be completed in the next few days. Again, it is interesting that the company is seemingly following a definite plan in that the share offering was so small...this isn't a huge dump to be followed by another r/s. So this begs the question, "What's next?". Clearly this has governmental support and is addressing an unmet need. The float here is so low that any material news would likely take out 9 and go much higher.
