Anyone who has been trading for longer than a year has seen this scenario a few times. Speculation the RS was denied because the RS didn't occur when stated. They almost always RS. For whatever reason, very few RS's get denied. I have seen once or twice a ticker cancel a scheduled RS. I wouldn't bet my money on it though.
