they are only taking 4% of the cdch's 5% interest...your calculation is based on 5%

even more interesting is the unbelievable low valuation auryn is placing on itself approximately $70,000 (for each 1%)x 100% = $7 million in deciding how much to take away from cdch and mdmn if they don't meet the cash call.
