The implication is that with a cash call for relatively insignificant amounts, auryn can legally take back mdmn and cdch's auryn stock leaving shareholder's with nothing.

Auryn's strategy of failing to prove up the property with drilling or creating a cash flow that would give some value to cdch and mdmn stock makes it very easy for auryn to take our stock for next to nothing. We are standing on the edge of complete disaster.
