link I will post below. This shows me they are getting ready for a big news update once this has been filed and they get their ducks in a row. Once the P.R. hits it will be SILVERLAND and beyond, so its best to get in before the news hits.

Should be huge if the right P.R. hits, but sounds to me that the M.O.U will be confirmed as a partnership and a green light for manufacturing to begin. They must already know and be in production and that is what this 10K tells me.

IF NEIK/Northland are to have the engines ready for fall of 2018, as per the text on Northland's website says. Well, they need to be "in production" this summer. I feel this 10k is a monster step to upcoming big news/
