HHSE is a complete joke. They are being sued by almost every film distributor they have ever done business with, as well as minor contractors, former employees, and lenders.
In a recent court filing, Company president Fred Schefte admitted they had no auditor since 2015, event thought the company has claimed repeatedly an audit is about to be completed.
In that same filing, Schefte stated HHSE had no investments, no assets, no vehicles that they had title to, and only one account in one bank.
They are facing collection actions from several aggressive attorneys, each with judgments over $300,000.
