The Joint Report is interesting reading. I disagree a bit with the RoA characterization of Chromadex's statement being "sharp". It was poorly written (when did lawyers lose their professional writing skills?), but it is concise and pointed and the complaints are plain to see. Elysium's statement shows legitimate complaints too. Chromadex has some explaining to do, but Elysium has its back to the wall thanks to Chromadex's NR intellectual property.

I suspect an eventual settlement, as RoA says. It is in both parties interests, and likely will result in payment of the Chromadex bill and a revised sales agreement.
