Trump just might before his term ends be yearning to be out of the presidency as much as he yearned to avoid service in
that Vietnam war. He used subterfuge to get into the presidency, as he could well have used subterfuge to avoid Vietnam.

Mr. Trump’s public statements about his draft experience sometimes conflict
