My own theory is no one wants to risk buying a mine from a company who is being sued left, right and centre! Class action lawsuits, and of course our own court case. It's absolutely disgusting that a company can be so poorly managed that they end up in court on countless occasions.

If I was Barrick Gold CEO, I would not be anywhere near the Hycroft mine while our court case is ongoing.

No idea what's going on in the background. Their first lien credit agreement expired on Friday. They must have restructured the agreement somehow.

Nothing we can do except wait....
