Approximately 27% of the URBF shares are own by some of BVO Management team such as Jack Benne. They have not sold, so it's obvious they want URBF ticker.

Problem is, we have more questions than answers, so we will be calling them again in a later time with firm questions to help us understand the situation better.

We did call BVO CEO and he did not want to talk to us, but URBF CEO was open to talking to us and explaining what's going on with the ticker. Once resolved, he has no idea what will happen to the ticker, but we have a good idea.

I would encourage many to buy...enough that they can afford to forget about it.
