I dont understand why Weyland put so many bad annoucement in its report:
1. Litigation on share ownership.
2. Lawsuit over 800k restricted share sold.
3. Lack capital and may affect operation.
4. Difficulty in fund raise.
5. Delay Nasdaq uplisting.

What is the real intention for such a sad report? Are we expecting Dilution? Reverse split?
