Large swings in stock and R/S

1: There is no filing for a R/S yet, but it is possible they may do a R/S for one of the legitimate reasons for a company to do so. The new partner, that actually looks like on track for several million, at least, in revenue per year may want to do an up listing at some point. An R/S would allow they to adjust to the stock price to get an up listing, but I expect that will not be for a few years and once they are profitable.

2: The big swings appear to be because there is large number of shares on either the bid or ask. It has been like this for a long time. One big positive on the stock price is that the general trend over time has been higher. The problem now is that any selling usually causes a large drop.

3: Revenue has been increasing, and the loss getting smaller. The question is how high can revenue go and can the company turn a profit. A few years ago I thought the company would be lucky to do two million per year in revenue and still losing money. The company is beyond that in revenue, and the losses are smaller, but still in the range of hundreds of thousands per year. Hopefully the ramp up to at least break even will be only a few quarters.
