They destroyed between 70-80% of the value of the company raising cash and uplisting and they only had 8.8 million at the end of the year. Lincoln only provides b/t 20 and 30 thousand a clip. once they get to below 5 million they basically freeze operations and focus all their attention on how to raise cash. They will be their by the end of the 2nd quarter. SO get ready to bend over and take it again as the next raise will be worse than this last one.
