So...here are my questions....full disclosure first, so pardon my ignorance...
1. Did the company actually state BK or did they exclusively use the word 'restructuring'?
2. Why have this process unfold in the Caymans...or wherever they're doing this. Isn't this a Greek entity?...and doesn't George own other businesses chartered in the Caymans? I believe one of ORIG's primary lenders is incorporated there and that company also belongs to George.
3. If the appeal is to remain listed and trading on the Naz, then what the company is saying is they plan to have longevity here with the commons, no?
4. Under what scenarios does it make sense to appeal the delisting decision? They can simply delist and cancel commons then issue new shares, right?
I believe the answer to that last Q will tell you whether to load the boat here. There's an 'Ace' in the deck that's not showing.
