Errata,

I've always wondered why it takes Rice 3 months to copy and paste last year's 10K and change the numbers. Should have an auditor ready to go in January for as little that goes on for a 3-4 person company eh ?

Wonder if whomever is driving the new IR effort has shown Dahl and Rice how to properly write sections of the 10K that discuss business operations for the year. Ya know, what you actually did. Not copy a pasting the same BS from years ago.

Should be a fascinating read .... ROFLMAO.

Was hoping this year's 10-K would have "Subsequent Events" section noting collaboration with Nutriquest and testing launched in February. Here we are ..... on the cusp of April and ....... crickets ..... I'm guessing not a soul on the board could say when this company might actually commercialize something .... anything ..... sadly ..... mgmt. can't either ..... "pending funding".
