Etrade definitely is. I've never had a ticker they wouldn't allow to be traded whereas many others restrict some riskier ones. Same flat trade fee of $4.95 whether 10 shares or 10 million. They just lowered it down to this rate from the old $9.99, Been with them about 18 years and never had a single issue with them
