Gold Investment Letter commentary. Value $1.32.

...There is no stock out there for sale at these levels! Yesterday wasn't all that huge of a volume day actually so the 35% gain was mainly due to sellers almost completely drying up. Technically, yesterday's action was a big breakout on the US and Canadian charts and may hit my 75 cents-$1.25 target range much sooner than projected. I said 45-60 cents on TLRS in 4-6 weeks but it happened in a day. It isn't much of a stretch for this stock to double from here quickly, and stay there. This is due to what I keep saying when looking at Timberline performance since early 2016 versus the rest of the junior gold stocks. It actually should be well over $1 already when comparing simple price performance versus even smaller and less advanced gold juniors. Also, look at the attachment, my favorite slide in their power point. "At peer average price to NAV ratio-Timberlines stock price would be re-rated to $1.76 per share".

Now, maybe that should be discounted 20% or even 25% due to the payments and need for more met work/better recoveries. Fair enough, $1.32 per share on TLRS or $1.75 on TBR at a 25% discount to peers. Just remember that discounts can also swing to premiums once projects are moved along and to a later stage. Talapoosa is already quite advanced with a PEA and the majority of permitting already approved, which is big draw to a potential partner that wants to take it into production ASAP. I can't wait to start to see fresh drilling at Talapoosa and Appaloosa this year because of such highly defined next targets, the results are sure to add value consistently and possibly in a major way.

It is easy to figure out what you believe. The difficulty lies in determining - is what you believe the truth.
