Per se lawsuit failed. No case, no case number, no summons, no amendments. Ny courts never heard of the case. Dates expired. Defendants wrongly accused. Case closed. Time to remove the sticky. No record of it. Who provided a copy of the complaint full of errors, spelling mistakes and false information. why is a fake lawsuit posted?
