Wick, do you believe Caro is doing CHRO's IR work? I still personally think they are just an advisory firm to link with investors for capital purposes.
I get the vibe that CHRO is trying to take care of their news releases in-house. I noticed a flaw in one of the releases a few back and notified management, to which they replied that Rachel was working on fixing it. I haven't seen Caro's information on one yet. In addition, PRs haven't been showing on Scottrade anymore except for when smallcapvoice is involved, unlike when Eversull was doing IR. I would think that Caro would be at least as competent as smallcapvoice at getting the releases out if they were doing them.
If Caro ISN'T doing them, maybe this is part of the problem? If there is anything they shouldn't be scared of spending money on as a pink sheet start-up, it would be getting news out.
