Thanks for the reply, but I admit I don't understand how insiders can make money by selling shares to one another, especially at .0001 (and sometimes less!). I do think it's possible, however, that some insiders (Ken's buddies) loaded up, expecting the stock to go up in the future, perhaps on a pump.

So, maybe that gives stuck-holders a glimmer of hope. If this is a scam, Ken will not just dilute, but put out something that will spark a rise in share price that is high enough, and lasts long enough, for his buddies to cash out. Maybe at that time others who bought in before Ken can also get out.
