You have to love these OTCM scams - Total Assets of $82 and they are supposed to have lined up financing for $450 million - it is too funny that anyone could possibly believe this nonsense.

They don't have any permits - any plans or design - no environmental impact studies...

There are going to be lots of disappointment and even more losses.

MMEX will never build a oil refinery unless it is made of Legos.
