It's called cash management, and they are clearly doing a fine job of it.
Again, Q1 may not be pretty, but it's always been their worst Q historically, so with the outrlook of another record revenue year coming, knowing where the break even point is, and that there's enough cash to get them to that point, my thoughts are simple:

I'm not sure if this is the bottom simply because of Q1, but really, once the fear has subsided regarding the Q1 report, and we start smelling the money of Q2 this is going to really start moving up quickly.
