I've read over everything again and the one aspect of this I really like is the agreement of no Debt once this is closed. Very clean Shell with no Debt and a Drug in the Pipeline in Phase I Orphan Drug Status. It's obvious a lot of people don't see what is transpiring here. It's going to be Huge I'm telling you. There is no way I would even think about selling before April 3rd. We could wakeup tomorrow morning with Pre Market News and the Merger Finalized and open at .22. I have had this happen over and over in my Tenure. GLTY
