Great question, but don't know how to answer this. Yet, I'll try a bit... $75 can be possible. That's about 5x on current price. Not outlandish at all. However, the 155 OS doesn't exist for HIPP now... or does it? They have 1M shares in UPLD, under ESW. ESW has another 2.8M of their own. Together, we're the biggest stakeholders in the company. Here's UPLD's #s = http://finviz.com/quote.ashx?t=upld 1m of 16.52 OS = 6.05% of the OS owned by HIPPQ @$75/share, that would = $1,239,000,000 Market Cap If we own 6.05% of that, the payout = $74,959,500 to HIPP shareholders Then, I'd assume, you'd get a payout based on your shares in the previous OS of 150M in HIPP. So, you may be on to something with $.50 / share. Based on my holdings, the payout I'd get comes out to about .50/share. Hmmm. This is fuzzy math. But, still need to dive deeper on this one... Feel free to chime in. Think we're getting somewhere, we hope...
