It's all pretty meaningless without that deal, if it doesn't clos the other news will be into a PPS 0f .0005 instead of maybe .02 I am hoping that post news and after the retirement of MO's shares. The other 5 bil shares will be used as needed with a strong PPS to fund the merger..
