There is only one solution here -

If she has enough tumor - make another batch of DCVax.

There is no other solution.

(1) Her 1st GBM was blue and pink balls

(2) Her recurrence GBM is grey and green balls.

A new batch of DCVAX based on (2) will give her DC's the new information.

DCVax did not FAIL with (1).

There is a higher level of alphabet soup names that is driving
this GBM recurrence.

And it caused (2).

This is a horrible scenario - but UNLIKE chemo - we get a 2nd chance.

I full well realize that a 2nd batch of DCVax may not work
on (2) due to

-- sub type
-- those WORDS related to PDL

on the other hand -
only one way to find out.

Sitting on our hands is not an option.
