Can't tell you when however the company didn't begin updating to not do anything IMO. There should be some type of news soon enough.

I'm just basing my adds on the activity over the past couple weeks. The stock tapped a penny then came back down to earth, however much of the dropping we've seen here over the past week is happening on extremely low volume. (low floaters have wild swings like this) Just look at today down 18% off less than 700k shares sold. Which means even though the % is dropping there aren't a lot of shares being sold off, no dilution from the company, and the float is still very very low.

It moves like a rocket so I'll add while things are slow, and impatience gets the best of some. I have other stocks to keep me entertained until this bad boy gets rolling again.

I reserve the right to change my mind if dilution comes into play but so far it hasn't
