The currently-approved label does not claim that Besado is "100% Agave," which it cannot do under national and international regulations because it is not bottled in Mexico. As you can see in your link, the current approved language for the label is:
But that is not what the bottles shown in the video yesterday say. Instead, they say:
PREMIUM 100% AGAVE TEQUILA, LIGHTLY INFUSED WITH MACA ROOT EXTRACT, GINSENG FLAVOR, DAMIANA LIQUEUR FLAVOR, WITH OTHER NATURAL FLAVORS ADDED [hey they spelled it right last time!]
That is the language from the expired COLA they linked to. But that "100% Agave" is not a minor issue. In fact it's probably why the old COLA was given an expiration date in the first place, and had the following notation placed on it:
Other (When new labels are printed, the statement "100% agave" must be removed from label. This statement is only allowed on finished products bottled in Mexico.)
