HEADLINE: "KAT Exploration Strikes Gold"

KAT Exploration is pleased to announce that it has laid claims to a large gold deposit on the Bonavista Peninsula, in Labrador, Canada.

Private appraisers have analyzed the deposit and estimate it to be worth anywhere between $25-50 million. The deposit is also rich in platinum and palladium and much of it remains unexplored. Further sampling will be done to determine the economic potential of the area in a 5 mile circular radius to where the deposit was first discovered.

Ken Stead, CEO of KAT Exploration, said the following in an interview last week regarding the discovery: "This gold discovery will allow us to grow quickly and possibly even get listed on one of the major exchanges U.S. such as the NASDAQ or New York Stock Exchange. We are excited and the team is ready to move forward with further sampling. We want to thank our shareholders for their patience because now they are going to be rewarded."

KAT Exploration has entered into a joint venture partnership with Maximus Corp to continue exploring the area around the deposit. Filings and current status should also be coming soon. The company also wants to let shareholders know that the website is coming back online soon and that pictures of the gold deposit will be available shortly.
